ABOUT DR. Samantha
Samantha Kapuscinski joined WFP as an Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner in June 2025. She graduated as a Registered Nurse from Jamestown Community College in 2011, and worked there while obtaining her BSN from Daemen College. In 2016, she earned her Masters from Daemen, as well. She has clinical experience in gastroenterology, primary care, subacute rehab, and home health.
Sam and her husband have three children, all boys. They live in Bemus Point with their dogs. She is very excited to join the team and make a positive impact!
When you are not at work at WFP, what can you be found doing?
“I can usually be found at home chasing after either my kids or my dogs! We enjoy going on day trips, such as zoos, amusement parks, and the like. I think it really helps keep us connected.”
If you were not a medical professional, what would your dream job be?
“I almost went to school pursuing hospitality & tourism… I am ultimately glad I didn’t, though, because then I never would have had the opportunity to meet all the incredible patients that I have had or their families.”
