Dr. Kitchen, when you are not at work at WFP, what can you be found doing?
"Riding with my cycling friends around the beautiful countryside of Chautauqua County, or spending time with my family."
Dr. Kitchen, what is the most interesting place you have been to and why?
"Africa, as the people there have a very different perspective on life which is often polar opposite of our first-world, fast-paced, self-oriented world view, reminding me of the importance of people and relationships. The tea fields of Kenya, the safari plains of the Masai Mara, the incredible waterfalls on display at Victoria Falls, and the jungles of the Congo are pleasant memories to recall as well."
